Return & Refund Policy

At iScooter, customer satisfaction is our top priority. Our quality control team inspects all items before shipping to ensure product reliability.

Our Promise

Simple and efficient: we offer a straightforward warranty and return process.

30-Day Return Policy

  • Returns must include: All accessories and original packaging

  • Refunds and replacements are issued: Upon receipt of the returned package at our warehouse

  • Return shipping cost:

    • Customer pays for non-defective or unwanted products

    • iScooter pays for defective product returns

Refund Guidelines

  • Within 30 days: Full refund minus shipping if product is non-defective; 25% restocking fee applies

  • 31–120 days: Refund of 25%–50%, based on condition and reason; shipping is non-refundable

  • Over 120 days: No refunds accepted

Refunds for Specific Cases

  • Quality issues: Return or exchange accepted

  • Wrong item received: Free return or full refund

  • Missing or damaged accessories: Free replacement or partial refund

  • Order canceled before shipping: Full refund

  • Order canceled after shipping:

    • $25 interception fee if successful

    • If not intercepted, return at customer’s cost

  • Refused delivery (non-quality issue): Customer pays $30–$50 per scooter for return shipping

  • Address change: Must be requested on the same day as order

Exchange Policy for Non-Quality Issues

Only applies to unopened, unused scooters with less than 10 miles.

  • Within 14 days (same model, different color): $30–$50 return shipping + 10% restocking fee

  • Within 14 days (different model): $30–$50 return shipping + price difference + 10% restocking fee

  • Over 14 days: No exchanges allowed

Non-Returnable Items

  • Accessories not returned with the scooter

  • Accessories purchased separately

Packaging and Handling Notes

  • Keep the original box or use equivalent packaging

  • Improperly packed returns:

    • 40% fee for damaged items

    • 80% fee for no packaging

Refund Processing Time

  • Processing time: 3–6 business days after item is received

  • PayPal refunds: Up to 48 hours

  • Credit card refunds: 7–14 business days

  • Orders that have shipped: Not eligible for refund

Steps to Return or Exchange

  1. Log in to your account using the same email as your order

  2. Submit return request with images/videos and reason

  3. Once approved, ship to the provided return address

  4. Use original or sturdy packaging

  5. Refund issued within 5 business days of verification
